Wenn Sie sich für eine der von uns angebotenen Unterbringungsoptionen entschieden haben, bitten wir Sie, sich schnellstmöglich online anzumelden. Sobald unsere Kontingente erschöpft sind, müssten Sie sich selbstständig um eine Unterkunft bemühen. Die Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einem Apartment auf dem freien Wohnungsmarkt ist jedoch meist mühsam und kann viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.

Information  - Latest information on Berlin's housing market

We would like to indicate that within the last few years the housing situation in Berlin has deteriorated dramatically!
The growing demand and the increase of the rental prices make it, especially for students, difficult to find a room or apartment in Berlin for a reasonable price. Therefore please take care of your accommodation arrangement on time!

Please bear in mind that we only have a limited number of rooms and apartments available. If you decide to book one of our offered accommodation options we highly recommend you to register online as early as possible. Once all our rooms are fully booked you will have to look for accommodation on your own. Please notice that the house-hunting on the open market can be really hard and might absorb a lot of time.
