A report on a Joint Online Course, matching the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Freie Universität Berlin

“Language is culture and culture is language”
Starting from this perspective, the course aimed to link language and intercultural learning in an intensive course in a trilingual setting. Participants from the Hebrew University experienced an immersion into the German language, participants from Freie Universität an immersion into Hebrew, both an immersion into issues of intercultural communication.
In this session, the teaching team will give insights about the pilot and about possible transfers to other settings.
